The Creek by Concert Properties is a vibrant addition to the Southeast False Creek neighbourhood. In addition to five residential buildings, there is also a three acre waterfront park, greenway/bikeway pants and connections, and an internal street network connecting Quebec Street to 1st Avenue. Upon completion the neighbourhood will provide a diverse housing mix of condos and townhomes, and a purpose-built non-market building, Railyard Housing Co-Op, owned by the City of Vancouver.​

Recollective produced the Sustainable Large Development Strategy for the site and will ensure that all buildings meet the City’s Rezoning Policy for Green Buildings (including LEED Gold certification). The final Phase 3 is currently underway.
