Recollective Consulting Inc (Recollective) is committed to protecting personal information.  This Privacy Notice explains our privacy practices.

Collecting Personal Information

Recollective is committed to minimizing the personal information collected.

We will only collect personal information that is necessary to fulfill the following purposes: to add you to our email list and send you updates about Recollective and our services, when you voluntarily provide your email address; to respond to inquiries, when you voluntarily provide contact information, for example your phone number or email address.

Recollective will collect, use or disclose your personal information based on your consent, which may be explicit (e.g., where you must tick a box to indicate your consent) or implicit, where the reason for the collection is obvious and voluntary (e.g., for you to receive email alerts).

Authorized Recollective staff can access information you provide based on their role and need-to-know in order to fulfill their duties.

If we use personal information to make a decision that directly affects you, we will retain that personal information for at least one year so that you have a reasonable opportunity to request access to it.

We will retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or a legal or business purpose.

Securing Personal Information

We use industry standard security practices and take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal or similar risks.

We review and update our security policies and controls as technology changes to ensure ongoing personal information security, however please bear in mind that no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free and no security system is impenetrable. We cannot fully guarantee the confidentiality of any information that you share with us.

Employment Information

When you apply for a job with Recollective, we will collect personal information related to your application. In the event you are hired, we will collect information required to manage the employment relationship. Details regarding the management of personal information collected during the hiring process and employee personal information can be obtained by contacting our Privacy Officer.

Cookies and other tracking technology

We use functional cookies on our website to deliver the desired functionality and user experience and analytics cookies to collect and analyze aggregate visitor behaviour data. Cookies help us better understand how our site is used and to improve it. You can disable cookies and still access our website.
