Recollective is committed to minimizing the personal information collected.
We will only collect personal information that is necessary to fulfill the following purposes: to add you to our email list and send you updates about Recollective and our services, when you voluntarily provide your email address; to respond to inquiries, when you voluntarily provide contact information, for example your phone number or email address.

Authorized Recollective staff can access information you provide based on their role and need-to-know in order to fulfill their duties.

We will retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or a legal or business purpose.

We review and update our security policies and controls as technology changes to ensure ongoing personal information security, however please bear in mind that no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free and no security system is impenetrable. Employment Information
When you apply for a job with Recollective, we will collect personal information related to your application. In the event you are hired, we will collect information required to manage the employment relationship. Details regarding the management of personal information collected during the hiring process and employee personal information can be obtained by contacting our Privacy Officer.

We use functional cookies on our website to deliver the desired functionality and user experience and analytics cookies to collect and analyze aggregate visitor behaviour data.
