TELUS has partnered with Omicron to develop a 2.75-acre lot at 400 Fitzwilliam Street, currently home to TELUS’ Central Office in Nanaimo, BC.  LIVING Nanaimo consists of two six-storey buildings woven together by a comprehensive landscape and public realm strategy to beautify and animate the development’s three public street frontages at Wallace, Wentworth and Richards Street.  

Recollective worked on early sustainability design ideas for the project, and also prepared a preliminary LEED scorecard and provided Zero Carbon Building feasibility analysis for the development. Recollective also put together a preliminary Fitwel scorecard to measure the health impact of the development.
