Whitgift Gardens North-East Phase 1 is the first phase of a master planned community that aims to place responsible and sustainable design at the forefront of decision-making. At the core of many of the sustainability initiatives for Whitgift Gardens is a focus on reducing operational and embodied carbon, aligning with Concert’s Sustainability Framework (CSF). The Towers will meet Step 3 of the BC Energy Step Code.
