Phase 1 of SFUs 2015-2035 Master Plan, these two new residence buildings will showcase SFU’s commitment to student and community engagement. These towers of 7 and 8 storeys will include 482 single rooms, study areas, and a relaxation room. The Dining Commons addition will double the seating capacity and provide outdoor seating to dining hall guests.

Focusing on energy performance, high efficiency automated lighting systems, heat recovery systems, and enhanced envelope performance. These projects are targeting LEED Gold Certification under LEED NC 2009.
