8 East Broadway is an office building rezoned under the City of Vancouver Green Policy for Rezoning, following Path B for Low Emissions Buildings. This 184,701 sf building will have 15 storeys with retail on the first and second floors, office above, and below-ground parking.

Recollective’s role as Sustainability Consultants for the City of Vancouver Rezoning Process is braodly to support the project team with interpreting the Low Emissions Green Buildings Policy language. Specifically Recollective is responsible for the LEED scorecard, including the site’s water balance calculations, the project’s Sustainable Design Strategy as required by the City of Vancouver, Embodied Emissions Calculations and coordination of the remainder of requirements for the policy. Recollective is also coordinating and drafting the Owner’s Project Requirements for this building.
