Main Alley is a collaborative campus near Mount Pleasant comprising of five buildings: three new builds,
one addition to an existing building, and one rebuild. Cooling for the project will be supplied by the Creative
Energy system of out of the M3 Building. Heating will be supplied by the Neighbourhood Energy Utility.
Westbank is interested in analysis the building for Zero Carbon.
Recollective’s work includes a feasibility study for the CaGBC Zero Carbon Building (ZCB) Standard M4
and M5, embodied and operational carbon evaluation, and assembly of documentation for 3rd party
review.
