Recollective has been engaged by Human Studio to provide Passive House Project Management for a BC Housing project at Arbutus & 7th avenue. This modular supportive housing project will have 140 units on 11 levels of prefabricated construction on top of a concrete parking level. The building will include bicycle and scooter parking. Under the Green Building Policy for Rezonings, this project will comply with Path A: Near Zero Emissions Green Building and will apply for Passive House certification. Sustainability features will include strategically placed windows, generous insulation, and energy efficient air conditioning.
