Recollective worked with NSDA from conceptual design through to occupancy of this Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation redevelopment of Heather Place. Our scope included sustainability for rezoning and LEED project management throughout. The 5 storey, 67 unit building features a mix of low-market rate and rent-geared-to-income homes.

Featuring a green roof, bicycle and car-share parking, mobility scooter parking stalls, and electric vehicle charging stations, this redevelopment is focused on providing more affordable homes for Vancouverites while also taking advantage of green and sustainable strategies for better buildings. Heather Place has been certified LEED Gold.
