PC Urban Properties is developing a high-rise office tower at 534-550 Cambie St. in Vancouver, BC. The heritage façade will be retained and incorporated into the lobby design. There will be street-oriented retail amenities, offices on the upper levels, and rooftop amenities. The project will yield approximately 250,000 square feet across 21 storeys.

Recollective’s role as Sustainability Consultants for the City of Vancouver Rezoning Process is broadly to support the project team with interpreting the Low Emissions Green Buildings Policy language. Specifically Recollective is responsible for the LEED scorecard, the project’s Sustainable Design Strategy as required by the City of Vancouver, embodied emissions calculations (Life Cycle Analysis aka LCA) and coordination of the remainder of requirements for the policy.
