The redevelopment of Rogers Arena (formerly “GM Place”) is comprised of three mixed-use towers that are mostly residential with some commercial. Recollective is involved in developing the Green Building Strategy to support the Rezoning Application, as well as Sustainability Consulting, Energy Modelling and Thermal Comfort Analysis for the design of the LEED Gold towers.

Some green building features of the development include waste heat recovery from the arena, high performance building envelope, external shading for solar control, rainwater harvesting, and green roofs.
