Eastpark is a pair of 5-storey wood frame multi-unit residential buildings with a total of 79 residential strata units located at Main and 35th Avenue, Vancouver, BC.

The project achieved LEED Platinum certification under LEED MidRise rating system. The sustainability features of Eastpark include a high- performing envelope, district energy connectivity, low flow fixtures and heat recovery ventilators.
