The Tapestry Senior’s home will include 131 rental units and 42 independent living seniors’ condominiums. There will be options for assisted living, independent living, and licensed residential care.

Tapestry buildings are innovative seniors communities built from the ground up built by Concert Properties. Built for today’s aging population these communities in Vancouver, Toronto, and soon to be Victoria, all feature amenities that meet the needs of the seniors of today, and tomorrow.

The project is targeting LEED certification under version 4 and include the following sustainability features: Low embodied carbon materials, low flow fixtures, LED lighting, access to daylight and views and enhanced commissioning of energy systems.
