This 42-storey building in Coal Harbour, with a mix of condos and rental units, will be a vibrant addition to the neighbourhood. With an estimated completion date of 2025, this project will meet the City of Vancouver Green Buildings Policy for Rezoning, including high performance windows, high efficiency heat recover ventilation, and minimized CO2 emissions.
