North Harbour, formerly called Harbourside, is a new vibrant mixed-use community development by Concert Properties on the waterfront of North Vancouver. The development will be constructed in 4 phases and will add more than 100,000 m2 of residential, commercial and rental spaces to the neighborhood. Phase 1 of the development is currently in design.

In addition to meeting sustainability requirements from the City of North Vancouver and the BC Step Code, the project is also targeting LEED Gold Certification. Recollective also provided a Fitwell Feasibility Study, a review of possibly attaining a certification under this new third-party certification system focused on health and wellness of building occupants. Concert has decided to persue Fitwel certification on all phases of North Harbour.
