Burquitlam Park consists of a 50-storey condo tower and 30-storey rental tower with 275 market rental units and 435 condo units on a 3.96-acre site near the Burquitlam metro skytrain station. There will be a new 3-storey YMCA recreation facility and a new 1.5 acre Burquitlam Park.

Recollective is engaged in ensuring that all stakeholders understand the framework of the BC Step Code, and working with contractors to ensure compliance to air tightness including training and site visits.

Sustainability features in this project include green building best practices with regards to waste management, emphasis on air-tight design and construction to ensure high envelope performance and better air quality. All wood products used in the project have no added urea-formaldehyde, and 100% of the parking stalls feature electric-vehicle charging.
