Allie is an emerging sustainability professional with varied experiences in green building, sustainable dialogue, and conservation. Her educational background in Environmental Sciences provides a base for understanding the many positive impacts that well-designed buildings can offer. 

Allie worked uniquely with LEED for two years at the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC), acting as LEED coordinator and point of contact for project teams looking to obtain certification. She gained hands on experience with hundreds of LEED projects. During this time, she had the chance to deepen her knowledge of LEED and subsequently obtained her LEED AP in Building Design and Construction. In her role at Recollective Consulting, she is keen to continue developing her expertise in this area.

Out of the office, Allie spends time on the life-long endeavor of self-improvement. From yoga to meditating, from cooking to hiking 2,600 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail, she is always finding new ways to grow.
